So, I think it's time I put my self into action and get it shape!

No excuses.

I've looked up information on the Scarsdale Diet. Sounds like it would be REALLY hard because I am someone who likes to eat. Nay, LOVES to eat. But the way I look at it is it's only two weeks. I mean granted after that you have to stay on the maintain diet (or whatever they call it) but this is my health and well being we're talking about. Being overweight is not just unattractive but also unhealthy.

I know...some people I know would tell me I'm fine. But I don't think so and it would probably take a head injury to convince me otherwise.
So... that's my shopping list. I'm going to start this when my workplace starts the Biggest Loser competition because not only do I want to win by losing weight but I want to win some prizes too!!

Also, I'm having trouble getting into the gym thing. Will I go? Will it be a waste of money? Is it too expensive? How will I know what to do once I'm there? These are all the questions floating around in my head about this. Ah well...we will see...
